Make eye contact with the interviewee, otherwise it looks like you just want everyone to focus on you. Take this good advice, and you’ll be a much better interviewer. Peace & respect.

whe i was 18 i trained for couple of months and i got all cut and there was nothing special about it,, i was just training five times a week eating normally 3 times a day some times 4 ,,there were no pizza nor burguer ,, but besides that i was eating pretty much anything and i got ripped,., now im little older and my physique has changed ,im way bigger and i have managed to stay ripped ,so just pay attention to what you eat and train hard,
