@XxPnuemaxX That’ll do it. I could put away a lot of pizza or chips back in the day. But I’ve never pigged out on steak.

I tried those Lean Cuisine meals back in the day. Took two or three of them to make a decent meal.

Coincidentally, a friend just told me yesterday that she had a Lean Cuisine type meal for dinner, was still hungry and then ate a bagel with cream cheese.

If low-carb is a fad diet, it’s a fad that lasted for about a million years, before agriculture turned us into starch-eaters.

Nice Tom!
Most people in North America NEED to see videos like these. They will understand eventually that cereal, toast, juice, skim milk and margarine is a breakfast for a disaster.
No wonder kids can’t concentrate in school these days!

ty for posting this info. My parents just don’t get my low carb (Atkins) lifestyle. My dad is diabetic and everyone in my family except for my sister is overweight. I started atkins this year and after the initial yuck feeling of a week (changing my body from burning cabs as fuel to fat as fuel) I have never had so much energy. I have no sugar or stachy cravings. My parents are very proud of my weight loss of 81 lbs but they just don’t get that this a lifestyle not a fad diet. =)
