In another video, she shows her morning/daily breakfasts she prepares in the morning with coffee, brown rice, etc.
Anyways, she lives in a small house. There’s no vacation home here. She also states in that video, she started getting in shape about a year ago. That video is about 3 months old. So she’s gotten into her incredible shape through a strict diet and only 1 + 1/4 years of exercise. I think that’s pretty amazing/inspiring.

I don’t see how the club exercise will affect obliques. Explanation of muscle mechanics involved would help. I am just looking for some oblique exercises to mix it up a little so my routine doesn’t get stale.

for real
a lot of her workouts are good for beginners, but if you’re really strong and in-shape already, the best thing you can in my opinion is follow the format but add lots more weight or mix/match exercises from different workouts
